Works with the feedback you already have
Any CSV with a column such as “review”, “comment” or “feedback”. Rating and date columns are picked up automatically for averages and trends. Plain text works too: one comment per line.

Feedback is stored securely, used only to produce your analysis, never used to train AI models, and you can delete an upload at any time. Please remove anything you don’t need, such as customers’ phone numbers, before uploading.
