You only pay extra above your included allowance: 29p per incoming minute, 35p outgoing, 8p per text (texts to some countries count as more than one). Alerts at 75%, 90% and 100%, and an optional spending limit. Number rental from £4/month. Free to set up yourself, or £299 for us to do it (charged once if Cailub also installs your chatbot). Outgoing calls only go to people who asked for one or are already your customers; marketing texts only to people who agreed.

US carriers require business texting to be registered: A2P 10DLC for local numbers, toll-free verification for toll-free numbers. Twilio and the carriers charge for this. Cailub passes the fees on at cost, separately from your plan, and shows you the exact current amounts to approve before anything is charged. Calls-only plans never pay them. Fees submitted to carriers aren’t refundable, even if an application is rejected.
Every call summarised. After each call, Laila emails you an AI summary (or a daily digest), and calls stay in your dashboard for 30 days. AI Insights & History (+£19/month, included with Business) keeps 12 months and shows trends.
