This policy applies to everyone who uses Cailub, including demos, customer accounts, chatbots, assistants, agents and automation. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Prohibited uses
You must not use Cailub, or allow Cailub to be used, for:
- Fraud, phishing, or deceptive or misleading marketing.
- Malware, cyberattacks or interference with Cailub infrastructure.
- Impersonating any person or business.
- Unlawful surveillance, harassment or threats.
- Unlawful discrimination or unlawful profiling.
- Intellectual property infringement.
- Unauthorised website access, or bypassing paywalls or authentication.
- Unlawful scraping, or unlawful collection of personal data.
- Spam, including unsolicited marketing texts, texting people who have opted out, and cold or automated marketing calls.
- Using the AI phone agent to mislead callers about being an AI, or to record calls without the notice the law requires.
- Circumventing usage limits or other restrictions.
- Attempting to access other customers' information.
- Harmful autonomous AI actions.
- Configuring an assistant to override, reveal or weaken Cailub’s platform and safety instructions, to hide activity from monitoring, or to remove or hide the “Powered by Cailub” attribution.
- Giving an assistant a name that impersonates another person or organisation, or suggests official, regulatory or professional authority it does not have.
2. High-impact decisions about people
You must not use Cailub to make high-impact decisions about people, such as recruitment, credit, housing, healthcare, education or legal outcomes, unless the use has been appropriately assessed, is lawfully authorised, and includes meaningful human review.
3. Sensitive information
Do not configure an assistant to collect special category data (for example health, ethnicity or religious beliefs), criminal offence data or information about children unless this has been specifically assessed and agreed in writing with appropriate safeguards.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate credible reports of misuse. Depending on seriousness, we may restrict access, disable a demo or assistant, or suspend or end services. Where practical and safe, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right.
Cailub also uses automated safety controls. Business instructions are checked before they are published and may be rejected or held for review; messages from visitors, callers and texts, and content added to an assistant’s knowledge, are screened for attempts to manipulate the assistant; and relevant security events are recorded with redacted evidence. Our team may review flagged events and may pause an assistant or switch off particular tools (for example bookings, transfers or texts) while we investigate. A single uncertain alert does not lead to suspension on its own. These controls reduce risk; they do not make any AI immune to misuse, and they do not replace your own responsibilities.
5. Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse, including any demo that misrepresents a business, to cailub.solutions@gmail.com with as much detail as you can.
