These terms apply whenever you ask Cailub to install a chatbot or widget, connect an integration or make changes to a website or hosting account.

1. Your authority

By asking us to install a service, you confirm that you own the website, or have the authority of its owner, to authorise the installation and to give Cailub the access needed.

We will not install anything on a website without that authorisation.

2. Access and credentials

Give us only the access we need, ideally through a separate user account or limited-permission key rather than your main login. Do not send passwords by unsecured channels where a safer method is available.

We will use access only for the agreed work and will not keep credentials longer than needed. You can revoke our access at any time, and we recommend you do so once installation is complete if ongoing access is not required.

3. Backups and changes

Before we make changes, you should make sure a recent backup of your website exists. We will take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for loss caused by the absence of a backup you were responsible for.

4. Your notices to visitors

If the installed service collects visitor information or uses non-essential cookies, you must update your own privacy notice and cookie consent tools. We can provide wording to help.

5. Contact details
